Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lucas and Edna Lucas (Stephens). She is survived by: her siblings, Pauline Flournoy of Roy, WA, Christy Landis of Crestline, OH, Rita Ortiz of Mineral Wells, TX and Ken Lucas (Carol) of Ontario, OH. She is also survived by six nephews; and three nieces.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
