He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Norris and Louise Tabler. He is survived by: his girlfriend Donna Heeter; his stepdaughter Barbara Buck of Cutler; and his siblings, David Tabler (Stacia) of Cutler, George Norris (Sharon) of Cutler, Carol Harvey (Richard) of Cutler, Freda Mayle (Marvin) of Cutler and Margaret Mayle (Frank) of Cutler. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
