It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Edward Richards of Cutler, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Roy Richards and Bernice Irene Richards Wade (Weaver); and his siblings, Bob Richards (May) and Connie Harlow. He is survived by: his wife Sue Boyd Richards; his children, Shane Richards (Amy) of Cutler and Vanessa Richards (John Tingler) of Palmetto, FL; his grandchildren, Brant, Kent, Drew and Lennon; his sister Karen Gorrell (Mike); his close friends, Mike and Cindy Inman; and his caregivers, Emily Seaman and Jill Byers.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home (801 Victor St, Belpre, OH 45714). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Humane Society of Parkersburg, 530 29th St., Parkersburg, WV 26101.
