She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Florence, Gale Gates and Henry Berg. She is survived by: her parents, Patrick Gates and Diane Berg Gates; her grandmother Edna Berg; her brother Adam Gates (Ashley); her nieces, DeLaney, Danica and DeAnna; her nephew Deegan; and her pets, Keebler, Bubby and Sissy. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a monetary donation in Jill's memory to the Warren Junior High Softball Boosters, 130 Warrior Drive, Vincent, Ohio 45784, or envelopes will be available at the funeral home to leave donations there.
