He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Mayle and Jerolena Mayle; his son William Mayle; and his sisters, Mary Burke and Joann Croston.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannette "Venis" Lucas Mayle; his children, Ronald Mayle of Cutler, Connie Mayle of Cutler and Donna "Diane" Mayle of Cutler; and his siblings, Bobby Mayle of Cutler and Carolyn Anderson of McConnelsville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
