She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip M. Lemon and Bessie Whitaker Lemon; her grandsons, Donnie and Joey Collins; her children-in-law, David Cale and Tammie Haught; and her siblings, Philip Lemon Jr and Pearl Defosse.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Haught Sr.; and her children, Steven Haught (Amy) of Kennett Square, PA, Debra Cale of Parkersburg, Louis Haught Jr. (Missy) of Vienna and Jennifer Collins (Don) of St. Mary. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Buckeye Hills Regional Council, 1400 Pile St, Marietta, Ohio 45750 in memory of Charlotte.
