He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spires and Alice Morris Spires; and his children, Catherine Elizabeth Webster and James Grady. He is survived by: his former wife Angeline Walker; his daughters, Lynne McGraw (Fred), JoAnne Weisser (Mark) and Kristen Dodd (Doug); his wife Judith Perdue; his children, Kelly McLaughlin (Bob), Joni Grady-Prince (Rickey) and William Grady; and his granddaughter Brooke Hupp. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
