He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Harvey; his son Duane Tabler; and his sister Ruth White. He is survived by: his son Richard Tabler of Zanesville; and his sister Louise Mayle of Pennsville. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
