We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2023, at the age of 48, James Smith of Custar, Ohio, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Smith and Joanne Smith (Graham). He is survived by: his son Nicholas; his wife Kristina; his children, Lucas, Cayden and Sydney; his grandchildren, Averi, Colton and Gracelynn; and his siblings, Bonnie (Randy), Dawn (Arthur), William "Bill" (Lisa), Jolene, Joe (Adrienne), Michelle Bird and Mike Perry.

Memorial donations may be made in James' name to his family.
