He is survived by: his spouse Barbara J. Chamberlain (Wright); his children, Beth Nagel (Ronald) of Custar, Sue Dauer (Jeff) of Bowling Green, Robert Chamberlain of Custar and Richard Chamberlain (Sonja) of Bowling Green; and his siblings, Mary Summerfield of Waynesville and Paul Chamberlain of Bowling Green. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.
