He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurley George and Mildred George (Gibson); his siblings, Ronald and Elmolie Leveck; and his grandson Jacob George.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Funk; his sons, Dave George of Custar, Dan George (Sharon) of Germantown and Greg George of Findlay; his brother Harold George of Napoleon; and his grandchildren, Zackory George, Zebediah George, Nathan George, Elijah George and Abigail George.
