Wagoner; her children, Thomas D. Wagoner (Carol) of Curtice, OH, Virginia R. Schneider (Richard) of Amelia, OH, Barbara J. Peterson (Garth) of Cincinnati, OH and Linda J. Tucker-Smith (Larry) of Walbridge, OH; and her grandchildren, Timothy M. Schneider, Carol M. Thacker (Chuck), Robert D. Wagoner (Lynn), Jacob C. F. Wagoner (Tami), Lauren M. Janesz (Alex) and Brittany E. Tucker.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials for Ruth may be given to Trinity United Methodist Church.
