He is survived by: his wife Gladys Faye Messer Duty; his children, Mike Duty of Madison and Rebecca Tuttle (David) of Charleston, WV; his siblings, Judson Brady Duty, John Harold Duty, Wanda Lou Ballard and Mary Janice Umburger; his grandchildren, Jay, Krystal Dawn Fankhauser and Mika Rae Duty; and his great grandchild Leah Fankhauser.
