Susan left this world on March 3, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis A. Carr and O. Ruth Wisdom Carr; and her brother Raymond Otis Carr. She is survived by: her husband Dickie R. Bates; and her children, Michelle L. Fadorsen (Tim) of Pataskala and Troy A. Bates (Andrea) of Cumberland. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cumberland Cemetery.
