He is survived by: his wife Linda Ellen Kaczur Burch; his children, Stephen E. Burch, Jr. (Shelby) of Shelby and Stephanie L. Burch of Seaford, Delaware; his siblings, William D. Burch (Nellie) of Cambridge, Charles C. Burch (Connie) of Dexter City, Sue E. Heddleson (Pauly) of Cumberland, Ohio and Timothy S. Burch (Sharon D.) of Cumberland, Ohio; and his uncle Russell Callihan of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
