He was predeceased by: his parents, John Millhone and Donna Millhone (Reed); and his brothers, Bert and Don Millhone. He is survived by: his siblings, Max Millhone and Nancy Tellep (Jeff); his sister-in-law Phyllis Millhone; and his son Rexford Ermine Millhone. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
