It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E. Bailey (Cumberland, Ohio), who passed away on March 11, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil Watson and Louise Watson (Ward); her husband Charles "Chuck" Bailey; her children, Sandy Wickham (Carl) of Cumberland and Chuck Jr. Bailey (Jill) of Zanesville; her grandchildren, Craig Wickham, Drew Wickham (Tabitha) and Erin Hirsch (Joe); her stepmother Icel Watson (Pickenpaugh); and her siblings, Betty Watson, Richard "Dick" Watson and Dana Watson. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and cousins.
