She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nelson and Maggie Gorrell Nelson; her husband Dale E. Blackburn; and her siblings, Ramon Nelson, Ada Blackburn, John Nelson and Marge Walder.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Kotoff (Rick); her granddaughters, Sarah Campbell (Jeff) and Katie Krouskoupf (James); and her great grandchildren, Livia Byers (Luke), Ian Campbell, Sophia and Everett Krouskoupf. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
