He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carpenter and Carolyn Kay Carpenter (King); and his brother Gary Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife Shannon Carpenter (Clark); his children, Ricky Hill (Amber), Sharon Wilson (Robert) and Michael Carpenter (Courtney); his grandchildren, Dakota, Colten, Brookelyn, Destiny, Jaden, Jaelynn, Emma, Callie, Robert Jr., Carolyn and Alexandria; his nieces and nephews, Maddie, Mollie, Tiffany, Kara, Joel and Zach; and his siblings, Brenda Reese (John) and Jerry Carpenter (Jessie).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord (63 W Main St, New Concord, OH 43762). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
