He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Kotoff and Anna Kasper Kotoff; his wife Patricia June Evanchuck Kotoff; his siblings, Andrew Kotoff, Mary Lorkowski and Helen Kotoff; his son-in-law David DeLong; and his great grandchild Wesley Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Kotoff (Diane) of Cincinnati, Bob Kotoff (Barb) of Cumberland, Rick Kotoff (Kathy) of Cumberland, Debra DeLong of Senecaville, Tami Kotoff of Pleasant City, Lori Moon (Aaron) of Maine and Sheri Colson (Matt) of Cumberland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces.
