She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Oliver and Margaret Bennett Oliver; her husband Gary Edward Frizzell; and her siblings, Rebecca Evans, Edna Ruth Oliver, Naomi Allbritain, Robert Pete Oliver and Richard Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Loudermilk (Robert) of Maryland and Sean Frizzell (Heather) of Cumberland, OH; her grandchildren, Samantha, Abraham Frizzell, Shane Loudermilk and Lucas Mummey; her great grandchildren, Ryker and Hazel; and her close friend Wanda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home and Cremation Service (609 West St, Caldwell, OH 43724).
