He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Urdak and Marjorie Urdak (Fraunfelter); and his brother Robert J. Urdak. He is survived by: his wife Sue Urdak (Moorhead); his son Eddie Urdak (Karen) of Johnstown; his siblings, Billy Urdak (Angie) of Senecaville, Gary Urdak (Tammy Burk) of Perry's Den, Brian Urdak of Byesville, Janet Schultice (Jan) of Senecaville, Shirley Shepherd of Pleasant City and Barbara Cox (Gary) of Pleasant City; and his granddaughters, Jessica Hudson of Columbus and Emma Urdak of Columbus. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Black-Epperson Funeral Home (231 Main St, Byesville, OH 43723). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Cumberland Cemetery N.
