He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Shock and Mary Opal Clark Shock. He is survived by: his former wife Missy Darlene Neff Shock; his children, Jack E. Shock, II of Columbus, Charles R. Tinon of Michigan, Jessica D. Tinon of Caldwell, John E. Shock of Ava and Amanda M. Shock of Ava; and his siblings, Peggy Mount of Findlay, Sharon Butler of Syracuse, Jamie Erb of Syracuse and Robert Shock of Parkersburg. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
