She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Fannin and Rose Fannin; her former husband Harold Armstrong; her husband Harold Miller; her son L. Kenneth Armstrong; and her siblings, Juanita Lawson, Pansey Day, Boyd, Harold, Delbert, Johnny and Bobby Fannin.
She is survived by: her son Charles B. Armstrong (Diane) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Jessie Hubbard of Mississippi and Amanda Armstrong of Cumberland; and her great grandchildren, Ivie Cardora and Christopher Dyer. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
