He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Wickham and Esther Wickham; his wife Nancy L. Roberts; his siblings, Bill Wickham, Marge Hupp, Helen Bickford and Tom Wickham; and his sister-in-law Aldora Wickham.
He is survived by: his children, Harvey Wickham III, Susie Prater (Bryan) and Brenda Rudolph (Rudy); his grandchildren, Dale Saling Jr. (Heather), Roman Saling, Kayla Moffett, Sarah Lee, Susie Mae (Andy), Dylon Burris, Devon Wickham (Jackie), Alexis Wickham, Heath Prater (Tracie), Lacy Downing (Jeremy) and Mackenzie Love (Reid); his brother Virgil Wickham; his brother-in-law Junior Hupp; his nephew Roger Dale Sines; and his close friends, Dwight, Violet Carpenter and Eddie Novak (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
