With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances A. Pavlov of Cumberland, Ohio, who passed away on December 4, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Reese and Pansy A. Patterson Reese. She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Pavlov; her daughter Anna Marie Pavlov; and her grandson Ryan J. Pavlov-Perez (Paige L. Moore).
