Nelson Blackburn; his daughter Kathy Kotoff (Rick); his granddaughters, Sarah Campbell (Jeff) and Katie Krouskoupf (James); his great grandchildren, Livia Byers (Luke), Ian Campbell, Sophia and Everett Krouskoupf; and his niece Linda Blackburn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
