She is survived by: her parents, Connie Duncan Montgomery of Gallipolis and Wade Tom Young of Gallipolis; her husband Lucas B. "Luke" Oxyer; her children, Morgan Gannon (Aaron) of South Point, Ohio and Dakota Oxyer of Gallipolis, Ohio; her grandchildren, Brentley Anderson of South Point and Stella Tucker of Meigs County, Ohio; and her siblings, Jessica Lowry of Colorado, Sarah Chaney of Colorado, Heather Woodard of Indiana, Jessica Moore (Steven) of Gallipolis, Sarah Young of Gallipolis and Shawn Wortham (Michele) of Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
