She was predeceased by: her parents, Bay Milton and Grace Shafer Beaver; her husband James Alva Caldwell; her children, Jimmy Dale Caldwell and Brenda Caldwell; her granddaughter Missy Martin; and her siblings, Lawrence, Ode, Jimmy Beaver, Betty Tobias and Violet Mooney.
She is survived by: her children, Edna (Gallipolis), Johnny Caldwell (Connie Holcomb) of Crown City and Jerry Caldwell (Linda) of Crown City; and her grandchildren, Angie Adkins (Carey), Cindy Hollis, Jamie Dale Caldwell, Jessi Caldwell, Rick Wells (Bernice), Johnny Dale Caldwell, Mandi Herald, Tyler Burgess (Jonna) and Dawn Caldwell.
