He is survived by: his wife Penny Hinkle (Allen); his mother-in-law Peggy Factor; his siblings, Peggy Cassidy (John), Mona Collins (Mike), Lori Gossman (Rob), Gina VanMeter (Tracy), Amy Leach (Rick) and Jeff Hinkle; his children, Misty Singer, Chasity Chapman, Carrie Hill (Michael) and Clint Hinkle (Angie); and his grandchildren, Cody, Shadoe, Shylee, Ethan, Emily, Bailey, Brooklynn, Bentley, Caden and Kennedy "Punky" Harris.
