She is survived by: her parents, Joe Roy and Mabel Sisler; her sons, Carl Root (Bonnie), Mark Root (Joyce) and Brian Root (Cindy); and her sister Cheryl (Mick). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
