It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy L Frazier Sr. of Crown City, Ohio, born in Inez, Kentucky, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frazier and Grace Allen Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Sherritt Frazier; and his sons, Roy L. Frazier, Jr. (Deborah) of Gallipolis and James William Frazier (Annette) of East Detroit. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
