Ellis of Crown City, Makayla Waugh of Crown City, Shawna Waugh of Crown City, Alyssa Waugh of Crown City, Cameron Ellis of Crown City, Sophia of Crown City and Sebastian Ellis of Gallipolis, Ohio; his great grandchildren, Brennan Waugh and Mavrick Watson of Crown City, Ohio; and his siblings, Randy (Kim) of Glenwood, WV, Johnny (Becky) of Crown City, Greg of Rome, Ohio and Wendy Ellis of Crown City, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
