He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Thomas and Pearl Thomas (Vannatter); and his siblings, Marsha, Glenn and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Thomas (Imler) of Crown City; his stepdaughter Mindy Rose (Dudley) of Circleville; his granddaughter Kassidy Rose; and his siblings, Willie B. Thomas of Bidwell, OH, Sheri Spangler (Randy) of Circleville and Donna Blanton (Derwood) of Mt. Sterling, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
