He is survived by: his wife Kathy Stevens Starkey; his son David Ryan Starkey (Tracy) of Hillsboro, Ohio; his sister Tracy Helwig (Ron) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Timothy Stevens (Mary) of Pennsylvania, Charles Daniel Ray Stevens (Cheri) of Florida and Linda Langhammer of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
