He was predeceased by: his parents, William 'Bill' and Myrtle Evans Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Fay Halley Bailey of Crown City; his children, Amanda Huffman of Rio Grande, Matthew of Crown City and Stephen Bailey of Crown City; and his sister Bertha Spence of Ravenna, OH.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
