She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Workman and Jenny Workman; her husband Eddie Fulks; and her grandson Zachary Fulks. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Copley (Terry) of Crown City and Scott Fulks (Vicki Wren) of Port Clinton; her granddaughter Betty Jo Fulks; and her siblings, Ralph Workman and Sharon Jeffers. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren.
