She is survived by: her parents, Robert Thoman and Fonnie Taylor Thoman of Crown City, Ohio.; her husband Chester Ray Collins; her children, Katie Sue Collins, Bobby Collins, Scott Collins and James Kouns; and her brother Glenn Thoman. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.
