She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley E. Mooney and Viola Bush Mooney; her husband Robert H. "Bob" Halley; her son Robert E. "Bobby" Halley; and her siblings, Clifford Mooney, Hollis Mooney, Dean Mooney, Harold Mooney, Dorothy Hoffhines and Virginia K. "Katie" Montgomery.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Spurlock of Crown City; her grandsons, David Spurlock, John Spurlock, Rick Spurlock (Niki) and William Halley; and her great grandchildren, Summer Spurlock, Savanna Spurlock and Nathan Spurlock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members.
