She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Holmes and Ruby Violet Queen McClead. She is survived by: her husband Daniel E. Cornell of Crown City; her son Richard Cornell (Lorie) of Concord, Michigan; her grandchildren, Autumn and Nathanael; her sister-in-law Lois Carter of Gallipolis; her nieces, Kristy Jo and Joy Annette; and her nephew Jay.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cairo Masonic Cemetery.
