He was predeceased by: his parent Wilson Jr.; and his stepbrother William Richard Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Rachael Lewis (Austin Addair) of Crown City, Stevan Lewis of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Mathew Lewis and Joseph Lewis; his sister Kay Wallace of Chesapeake, Ohio; and his stepsiblings, Allyson Thomas (Jim) of Rio Grande, Tommy Lewis (Janice) of Crown City and Tim Lewis (Cheryl) of Hilliard.
