She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Grace Adkins Johnson; her spouse Vora Ollie "Buck" Waugh; and her children-in-law, Steve Watson and Jackie Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Johnson of Richwood, Debbie Watson (Gean) of Crown City, Shelby Waugh of Crown City, Sheila Watson of Crown City and Phil Waugh of Gallipolis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and six great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Willis Funeral Home (12 Garfield Ave, Gallipolis, OH 45631). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
