He is survived by: his wife Joyce McCormick Mullins; his son Jason Mullins; his sister Sally Hitchcock (Gary) of Port Charlotte, Florida; and his close friends, Noah Simpkins and Eddie Shearer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
