She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dewey and Helen Halley Wilcoxon; her husband Fairrell Shafer; her siblings, Ruth Saunders, Willis, Ronald, Leland, Dallas and Melvin Wilcoxon; and her son-in-law Ted Collins.
She is survived by: her brother Merrill Wilcoxon (Judy); her sisters-in-law, Phyllis Wilcoxon and Naomi Wilcoxon; her children, Sue Collins and Randy Shafer (Sandra); her grandchildren, Ryan Shafer (Rachel), Trevor Shafer (Meghan), Rebecca Lemaster (Joe), Dr. James Derek Collins and Hannah Shafer; and her great grandchildren, Reid, Ryleigh, Rayna, Eli, Ian, Davin, Violet and Lila Sue.
