He is survived by: his son Larry Wayne Phillips (Marie) of Crown City; his granddaughters, Tonya Watson, Rebekah McGuire (Tony) and Sierra Phillips; his great grandchildren, Virgil "Trey" Watson, Troy Watson, Issac Luther and Wade Luther; and his siblings, Bob Phillips of Defiance, Roy Phillips (Margarete) of Crown City, Sally Sibley of Florence, Dorothy Lewis (Thomas) of Crown City, Mary McDonald of Ohio and Freda Hanna of Crown City. He is also survived by three step-children.
