She is survived by: her children, Mark Addis (Carla) of Patriot, Ohio, John Addis (Kim) of Crown City, Matthew Addis (Nina) of Oregon and Tammy Addis; her grandsons, Aaron Addis (Shania) of Crown City, Trevor Addis (Kayla) of Vinton, Adam James Addis of Crown City and Matthew Addis of Gallipolis; her great grandchildren, Charles Tyler Addis II, Maci and Lillyanna Lue Rose Addis; and her siblings, Nancy Brumfield of Crown City, Shirley Lilly (David), Gloria Jean Montgomery of Gallipolis, William Eugene "Bill" Montgomery of Crown City, Tammy Keller, Timmy Burnette, Terri Abbott and Kathy Elmore.
