He is survived by: his sons, Rocky Thevenir and Dustin Thevenir; his siblings, Lea Hout (Andy), James Thevenir (Linda), Anita Hoffman, Retha Canter (Trent) and Allen Newhart (Alicia); his close friends, Jack Adams, Mikey Waugh and Eddie Butler; and his sister-in-law Lori Joy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
