He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Agnes White and Ernest Walters; and his sister Aileen Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Walters; his children, David Walters (Liz) of Crown City, Ohio, Beverly Walters of Crown City, Ohio, Jennifer Walters (Dan) of Crown City, Ohio and Jeffrey Walters of Crown City, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jamie (Tracy), Jason (April), Jeremy (Michelle), Kayla (Homer), Colton, Logan and Brynleigh; his great grandchildren, Robbie, Josh, Haven, Hadlee, Ty, Levi (Katie), Brooke and Katie; his great great grandchildren, Jace, Aubrey, Bryar, Jhett, Navy and Harlan; and his brothers, Samuel Walters (Kathy) and Bob Walters (Minerva).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home & Crematory (625 County Rd 775, Proctorville, OH 45669). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
