He is survived by: his daughter Christal Smith of Kettering, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tiffani Smith, Brittany Smith and Kayla Smith; and his sisters, Luella Sheets of Gallipolis and Betty Parsons of Crown City. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
