He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Burcham Fowler of Crown City; his son Jeff Fowler of Crown City; his sister Doris Wade of Gallipolis; his nephew Darrell Fowler (Brenda); and his nieces, Sherry Johnson (Todd) and Belinda Fowler.
